At Hill Top Preparatory School, we are dedicated to providing a specialized and supportive educational environment for neurodiverse learners. Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their financial situation. Through the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit programs, individuals and businesses play a crucial role in turning this vision into reality by supporting Hill Top Prep's Scholarship Fund.

What are the PA Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Programs?

Individuals may participate in EITC-OSTC through Special Purpose Entity (SPE) funds that operate as pass-through partnerships for obtaining tax credits. Hill Top works closely with the Central Pennsylvania Scholarship Fund (CPSF) to facilitate these donations through their SPE, which was created in 2015.

Qualified businesses may participate, but funding is limited, with applications accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications for businesses in the middle of a two-year commitment and returning donors will be accepted starting May 15th. New applications will be accepted beginning in July. Please consult your tax professional on how these programs may impact your business.

"I support scholarships at Hill Top through PA's EITC Tax Program because it is a simple easy process and knowing the funds are available to qualifying families is another way to give back in some way.”
